Chinook Capital Advisors represents owner of Sportworks in acquisition by Silver Falls Capital

Chinook Capital Advisors, a leading M&A advisory firm serving the needs of Pacific Northwest business owners, acted as the exclusive advisor to Sportworks Northwest, Inc. (“Sportworks”, or “the Company”) in its acquisition by Silver Falls Capital LLC (“Silver Falls”).

Located in Woodinville, WA, Sportworks is the global leader in commercial bike racks for transit vehicles and a nationwide leader in bike parking solutions for private and public sector applications. Built on a reputation of on-time delivery, innovative designs and high reliability, their solutions are the most widely deployed systems in the industry.

“Over the course of the transaction, the Chinook Team did a great job of guiding us through a complex process and ensuring the Company would transition into capable hands,” said Mike Reeves, former President of Sportworks. “The management team is excited for the partnership with Silver Falls Capital to capitalize on future growth opportunities.”

“As the global market leader for commercial bike racks for transit and a leader for bike parking solutions, Sportworks is poised for even stronger growth over the next few years as demand in the market is expected to accelerate. We look forward to watching the Company continue to innovate with new products and expand into new markets,” added Ed Kirk, co-founder of Chinook.

“Mike and the Sportworks management team have spent the last 31 years building the leading bike transit solution provider. It was important to find the right partner who shared the Company’s mission of promoting bicycles as a convenient, equitable, and cost-effective mobility solution. We found this with Silver Falls,” added John O’Dore, co-founder of Chinook.
