Chinook Capital Advisors, a leading M&A advisory firm serving the needs of Pacific Northwest business owners, acted as the exclusive advisor to Soundview Consultants LLC (“Soundview”, or “the Company”) in its acquisition by Trinity Consultants (“Trinity”), a portfolio company of Oak Hill Capital.
Soundview is a leading regional environmental consulting firm specializing in natural resource assessments, environmental planning, land use, and permitting services. Soundview is based out of Gig Harbor, WA with offices in Mount Vernon, WA and Cle Elum, WA.
