Chinook Capital Advisors is pleased to announce that Mitchell Carpenter has joined the firm as an Associate, leading Chinook’s business development efforts and further strengthening the team’s ability to serve business owners across the Pacific Northwest.
Prior to joining Chinook, Mitchell gained experience in investment banking at Cascadia Capital, where he worked closely with middle-market business owners and regional professional service firms and centers of influence. Through this work, he developed a practical understanding of the challenges business owners face and the importance of bringing together the right team to deliver successful transactions.

Mitchell graduated cum laude from Pacific Lutheran University, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Accounting. During his time at PLU, he completed internships in wealth advisory and corporate finance and served as Vice President and COO of the Regents Investment Fund. Mitchell’s addition reflects Chinook’s continued commitment to building a team of talented professionals who share a passion for serving business owners in the Pacific Northwest.
