Chinook Capital Advisors represents owner of Doolittle Construction in acquisition by NCA Partners
Chinook Capital Advisors, a leading M&A advisory firm serving the needs of Pacific Northwest business owners, acted as the exclusive advisor to Bellevue-based Doolittle Construction in its acquisition by NCA Partners, LLC, a Seattle-based private equity firm.
Doolittle Construction is a third-generation, 74-year-old company that was founded by the Doolittle family to provide road and bridge repair in Washington State. Doolittle is now a premier road repair and maintenance contractor serving public customers at the state, county and city levels as well as private customers. Doolittle specializes in chip seal surface treatment and provides related services such as crack sealing, and seal coating.
